TeamViewer fails to connect to remote host - authentication cancelled

Hello.

I am trying to connect to another host over TeamViewer. It hangs on Authenticating, and then fails to connect with message "Authentication Cancelled". I am using the latest version of teamviewer. Here are the logs copied from a computer which initializes connection:

How do I resolve this?
