I have activated the license for remote connection but still showing Free in App

I have purchased and activated the license for remote connection. It shows active in Subscriptions but when I log into the app, its still showing Free. Its getting very frustrating.

    Did you solve the problem? I have the same- it always cancel the connection with time out text.
