I performed a full uninstall and upgraded to the X64 platform to try and correct the connect/Drop connection issue . After going through the reset site. Speaking with a Rep and auth IP and Computer NOTHING has changed . I still have the same issues on the free version I use for my Parents/Aunt and Uncle's desktops and laptops.
Is there ANYTHING that will fix this issue ?
I have 32 years IT experience and the only thing I see is a blacklisted gang of hundreds with this same issue.
We ALL await your fix for this troublesome issue we all seem to never escape from.
