Refund inquiry
I purchased single business license yesterday, but I found that the license is limited to access with only 3 devices.
I used a personal app before but the number of devices increased recently so it was blocked to add additional because I installed to too many computers now. I found the app so useful so I purchased the license despite the expensive cost but the license was less supported than a personal use.
I can't afford to pay additional to use multi user license so I want full refund for the license that I purchased yesterday.
