connection being blocked after timeout.

I just purchased teamviewer last week, I was able to install and use it, but after I restart my host computer ... I get this error 'connection being blocked after timeout' I want to resolve this problem as soon as possible, please let me know what to do.

Another thing that I found out is that after I restarted my host computer, it shows free license (non-commercial use only). How come? I just purchase a your teamviewer program which is good for 1 year subscription.
