My connections are blocked due to an overdue invoice - but I paid it weeks ago?
I have paid my invoice and it is like being on a hamster wheel trying to get some help from you - I only have remote access license and that means no telephone support. How can I start using Teamviewer again? How do I get the removed. The only help I can get is that "depending on the payment method it will automatically reset"
Please help this is very frustrating and has put me so far behind in my work...
