My connections are blocked due to an overdue invoice - but I paid it weeks ago?

I have paid my invoice and it is like being on a hamster wheel trying to get some help from you - I only have remote access license and that means no telephone support. How can I start using Teamviewer again? How do I get the removed. The only help I can get is that "depending on the payment method it will automatically reset"

Please help this is very frustrating and has put me so far behind in my work...

    I confirm that no payment has been made to balance your due invoice.

    When exactly did you make the payment?

    Oh My goodness I paid 10/05/2021 via credit card - who do I speak to about this - who can I send proof of payment too?

    Thanks Jean I will try to do that - I have tried to call before and the recording on the phone says that because I have remote access license telephone support is unavailable...
