Hello,

How can I cancel our subscription. The colleague who was responsible for the account has quit.

I have tried to call the support, but they just tell me to create a support ticket. I don´t know to do it.

To submit a ticket to our customer support, please log in with your licensed TeamViewer account (the one your license is activated on) and click on Submit a ticket
