Remote Access - Have license, times out after 1 min, block immediate reconnects
Hello, I purchased a Remote License in November 2020 (~$300) to access a combination of 1 work pc and 2 home pcs. Not all at the same time, just 1 to 1. It worked fine through February, but when I tried it again a few weeks ago I got the 1 minute timeout. My license is good through November 2021. I have uninstalled/reinstalled everything. Everything looks ok in the Management Console. All the computers can connect, but the 1 min lock out comes up. It doesn't matter which combination of PCs I connect to: home to home, home to work, etc. I'm not trying to manage a whole enterprise. Just my home to work PCs. Thank you.

Apparently I did not try everything. I went back to my original TV license purchase email and re-clicked the Activate License button. Then, when I attempted to use TV to log in to my other PCs, TV prompted me that they were not part of my license and asked to add them. This fixed the issue. Thank you.
