But the thing is that with two exactly the same laptops, one shares a screen and the other is an assistant, a gray frame appears to the assistant that makes its viewing window smaller. We did this test because we thought the problem was due to devices with different resolutions.

Correct - TeamViewer captures the screen scaling according to the remote monitor.
It is not possible to adjust this currently.
It seems that it is due to the different type of screen depending on who is present and who is looking, but in some cases it would be possible to enlarge the screen more but the gray frame appears instead of being fully enlarged
