Good Day,
I need to support remote users who don't have local administrator rights, their computers are on the domain and I can remote in but have issues with Authentication for certain tasks. The screen will go black for me and the remote user is asked to enter admin credentials.
I have seen that there is an option to log into a domain but I cant get this to work, can anyone help or is there a good document on how to do this
