I have had a very unpleasant conversation with Mr Zaineh from support that tried to push sell the Team Viewer license.
I was trying to solve technical problem I've had before. His solution was .... BUY THE LICENSE.
He wanted to call me and push sell the license.
I asked him how come I have to use the license? I've been using the TM for a long time and never heard that the problem im facing now is related to the fact that i don't have a license.
His answer was that he is from team viewer so he knows.
I asked him, please provide me an information from Your website that Your company changed the policy now and most likely im facing this technical problem only because I don't have license, i wanted some kind of prove.
His answer was.... i am the prove cause i am from team viewer.
Guys please look at that guy cause this is ridiculous that such a person works for You.
