We can log in our account. But it write "free" instead of "corporate". So we cant work more than few minutes. Should We provide license information?

we find out something:
We have 2 accounts (1 and 2)
First account was old. Company was created there.
Second account new, and we setup license on this acount
We deleted company on first account where was free license.
And corporate license dissappiared on second account
In this case, it is better to have TeamViewer support team to communicate and assist directly with you for the best solution.
