When I login in to my PC in the office I cannot not login to other systems from the PC as upper case does not work.

As a workaround, I recommend entering the credentials via the On-Screen keyboard and see if it works.
I could not reproduce the issue with our test devices.
There must be something wrong with your device.
I recommend opening a ticket and attach the logs files to your ticket:
Issue: From mac, rdt to windows - Upper case not available
Solution: From microsoft rdt menu =>connection => keyboard mode => select unicode mode.

Hi tried this but cumbersome. Why does TeamViewer not fix this issue as its all part of supporting your clients. We pay enough to TeamViewer so can they please fix the problem that has been raised for some time. Great at selling the product but not so good at supporting it Come on TeamViewer respond PLEASE
