pushing custom msi and pkg

he we've noticed that while pushing a custom .msi through intune and jamf that neither the policies nor the cusomisation of the host are being applied. has anyone else had this issue and how was it resolved?

I don't want to have to go to each device in order to manually install the device.

The customization works through port 443. Can you confirm that this port is open?
