Hi, I created a custom host. When I install it on the computer I need to do migration to the new console process in order to connect to the computer or add it to a group. What am I doing wrong? How to add computers straight to new management console so I don't need to do the whole migration process?
Hi, both our new and "classic" custom modules for QuickSupport don't work. I see only this spinning wheel. When I examine the page, I see a 404 error while a script tries to open https://get.teamviewer.com/api/CustomDesign Please provide a fix soon. BTW Host module work.
Currently only owners of those custome-modules can delete them. It should be possible for every user that has the permission to the custom-module area. The way it currently works is forcing bigger companys to use generic accounts to maintenance those modules where personalised accounts would be better in terms of logging…
