Problem downloading Custom Module QuickSupport

Hi,
both our new and "classic" custom modules for QuickSupport don't work. I see only this spinning wheel.
When I examine the page, I see a 404 error while a script tries to open
https://get.teamviewer.com/api/CustomDesign
Please provide a fix soon. BTW Host module work.
