Zoomtext uses a virtual graphic card with output on local screen can´t se with Teamviewer

We are looking for a solution with teamviewer where the quick support are using Zoomtext, (we have Teamviewer 12 Corp)

When we connect we se a normal screen, but on the local screen a enlarge picture with change color, Zoomtext have a Virtual Graphic card with output to screen, but Teamviewer connect to the physical graphic card, Teamviewer support write" Regarding you question and in general TeamViewer will display all screens with a physical output. If you can activate the second card under windows it could be also used by TeamViewer. In case that you need a second or third screen you could also use a dummy plug"

but how to do it ?? Please give a hint or a link / solution :-)

One theory is that there are certain combinations of drivers and hardware that make Teamviewer image fail. This might be the case when Zoomtext starts the alternate graphics driver. Other hardware and earlier versions have no problem other than Zoomtext magnification not visible in remote image.

ZoomText and TeamViewer are still not best friends. Later versions of Zoomtext give only black screen on teamviewer remote view. Screen blackout when Zoomtext starts.

One solution might be to restart Teamviewer when zoomtext is active. We tried this after Zoomtext was started, but when PC restarts in testing, the issue persist.

Remote assistance to anyone using Zoomtext is not really possible because of this.

Is there any solution to this issue?
