The previous experience of submitting tickets is really frustrating.
I have opened two tickets already. In the first one

, I required to get refund within 7 days I purchased the teamviewer license. However, someone contacted me and canceled it but did not say anything about my refund.
Then I opened a second ticket
([removed per Community Guidelines]) to ask about when can I get refund. But someone one told me i have passed the 7-day period.
Let me be clear this time, I required a refund within the 7-day period and I am wondering when can I get a refund.
