Why does my remote screen turn black when I connect to host?

Hello, Can someone please help. The host phone is a droid and the remote phone I use to control it is an iPhone XR. Whenever I connect to host the screen is black. I’ve tried reinstalling apps and still same issue. I’ve been using the teamviewer apps with the same phones for about a year now and this is the first time I’ve came across this issue
