teamviewer disable remote input and show black screen are greyed out on Windows 10 20H2

teamviewer version 15.1.5 corporate license + pilot disable remote input and show black screen are greyed out on Windows 10 20H2 when i remote someone that has the TeamViewer Quick Support installed. If i remote someone that has the full teamviewer software installed they aren't greyed out. Access control is set to full access in advanced settings for connections to other computers.
