Want to delete old account

I have 2 accounts for teamviewer

One is for my primary email address but I cannot access it, I never remember setting up 2FA, however it asks for a 2FA code and I am unable to provide it - I want to delete this account

The account I actually use is for my secondary email address and I want to change this account to my primary email, however I cannot delete that old account so I am stuck

I understand correctly that your current account @mb55177 has your second email set up. So you want to change the email from this account (@mb55177) to your primary email. However, you don't have access to your primary email, neither to log in here nor in your mail program?
