Moving TV to another smartphone

Hi all.

My name's Mauro.

I have to change the smartphone (from MI A1 to Poco X3 Pro), because A1 has gone.

I have to move the TV app from A1 to Poco.

I have a Business Subscription, but TV tell me that I reached the maximum number of installation.

I have also reached the maximal number of substitutions, because I change 2 PC.

How can I move the TV from A1 to Poco without change the subscription?
