Help about scheduling video call

Hi Everyone,

I want to schedule a video call with 10 people for July 1st. I've tried scheduling a call with a friend, but when we logon, she can see my screen, which I don't want -- I just want everyone to be able to logon and see each other like a Google Hangout. Is that possible?

Hi oosman,

Yes - that´s possible. When starting the meeting, you can choose whether to share your screen or not.

When going via the scheduler, there are two steps for you to do after starting the scheduled Meeting:

1) Choose, which microphone, camera and speaker to use and whether to enable or disable it from the start. And click "Start"

2) Choose whether to share your screen:
