Problem with Teamviewer
When i tried to connect to users it gives me message that: Your license limits the max session duration to a partner, immediate reconnects are blocked. Please try later or upgrade your license.
WHat should i do? I am a first line support for TF Bank - Sweden and we have a license.

Can you check whether the license is correctly activated on your account and that you are logged in?

Yes, the license is valid. And it happened just shortly after i was connected at the user's machine. 3 months i was able to connect without a problem.
