Unable to log in to customer portal
I am trying to log in to the customer portal to raise a support ticket, but the log in process is just taking me round in circles. I keep having to repeat the same process over and over, and cannot get into my account:
- Arrive at login page (note no captcha on this initial page)
- Enter login details and click Sign In
- Returned to login page but now a captcha is displayed along with an error message "Please activate the checkbox to prove that you're human."
- Enter login details, click captcha and and click Sign In
- Security Code page displays
- Enter code and click Submit code
- Request for Permission page displays
- Click Allow
- Granting access shows for several seconds
- Return to step 1 and repeat
Is anyone else seeing this behaviour on the portal, or can someone from support confirm if this is a known issue?

Thank you for your post and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Currently, there is an issue for some licensed users when they try to raise a ticket via Management Console Get help, and our engineers are working on the issue.
For now, please use the following link in order to submit a form: https://support.teamviewer.com/en/support/tickets/new
We will keep you updated when having any more info about it.
