I have two computers, one I can access for full remote control from the other one without having to enter as password or have a pop-up window on the remote computer asking to allow access. When I reverse the situation and try to access the other computer I either have to enter a password (I have tried the remote computer's password and I have tried my Team Viewer account password, but neither work) or the remote computer has the pop-up window asking to allow access. Both computers have the "grant easy access" box ticked, and I can't see any difference in the setup of the two.
