Dear Community.
We observed in our Lab when we are running on same PC with same operation system TeamViewer QS 8 and TeamViewer QS 13 different ID .
We must to have the same ID # when switching from TV 8 to TV 13 .
How this can be resolved ?
BTW- I opened ticket and for some reason the ticket has been closed with no results .
