One of our clients recently upgraded their PC from Windows 8 64-bit to Windows 10 64-bit. After the upgrade whenever we try to transfer a file to their machine, the remote side of the File Transfer window is blank, that is, not showing any drives or folders on the remote machine.
The name of the remote PC is shown at the top, but nothing is displayed in the window beneath.
What would cause this and how do we fix it please?
