How to log in when the dialog box is locked ?

Hi,
After reinstalling Team Viewer, I have three issues :
1 - I can't login, the boxes 3E-mail" and "Login" are locked, I can't enter any text in it.
2 - The ID seems wrong, it displays my IP adress and not a Tewm Viewer number with 9 digits
3 - I can't exit, the option "Exit Team Viewer" is gray and I have to use the Tasks Manager to Stop the process and re-launch it.
So I can't use TeamViewer for the moment. Thanks for any clue, I didn't find answers yet.
