Block and Allow List with 2FA

Just joined this Community, so please accept apologies if this question is a no brainer....

Single-user, Personal Use license, Windows 10, (Chrome browser)

The block and allow list does not show as an option under Extras--> Options -->Security ---> ..

I have two factor authentication activated. Is that causing Block and Allow list not to appear??

Don't you have the Block and allowlist line in the Security tab?
