Why doesn't remote access work?

We have a teamviewer host on a PC that is not with us, but with another company. PC has no internet on it, only connected to an internal network.

The following ports are also allowed on the c ompany's firewall and PC's firewall:

80,443,5938,5939 and the * .teamviewer.com domain.

Why can't we see the PC?

Hi there,

if the device has no internet access you can only access it via LAN and its IP address.

If the ports to the teamviewer and to the IP addresses of our offices are allowed, then communication and remote access should work in principle or is a permanent internet connection required anyway?

Hi again,

You can have a connection via the Internet and the TeamViewer ID from everywhere.

But if there is no internet, you can only use a connection in LAN via the IP address.
