Transfer a license from one account to another

I purchased a 1 year subscription to TeamViewer online: 1 user, 3 remotes using my info@ account. Upon login, your system would not allow me to "add new products" to that account. The system asked me to create a new account, so I created another email account, and I would like to transfer the license I purchased from one email account to the other. Please help.
