Sept 19 2021 is not my renewal date

I was afraid that this would happen...Last Year my account was charged but I had no access to Teamviewer. When I could not talk to anyone on the phone I did a "Charge Back". It was almost impossible to unravel. I did not have access to my Teamviewer account until Jan 26, 2021. Therefore my renewal date should be 1/26/22. Please check your records.
