change user

Hi

I am an administrator of our users in the firm. But after account creation i cant change the option to allow users to "handle users" / "håndtere brugere" on danish

I can create a new user and set the option but not change it on existing users.....why? Need this for some of our existing user to handle user requests

found the answear myself for this question as i´m not an corporate administrator i cant do this
