For some reason its not possible, to deploy a custom QuickSupport on windows XP.
When we deploy, it loaded a default QuickSupport, on modern os it works fine.
Anybody now a solution?

It is not possible to deploy the QuickSupport module, as it is just an executable without installation (and service).
However, you can deploy TeamViewer (full version) and TeamViewer Host.

Sorry think that I use the term deploy wrong.
What I meant was to copy physically to client.
Then my own custom QuickSupport is not loaded. The default one is loaded instead

I tried on multiple windows xp systems
The customization works through port 443. Can you confirm that this port is open within your network?
