TeamViewer on Linux not connecting/working after update to v15.19.3
Hello TeamViewer Community members,
I had been using TV on a linux machine and on a windows machine.
Recently, it stopped connecting saying that new version is available. So, on windows I installed latest version as of today (4th Aug) as 15.20.6 and also installed latest version on my ubuntu linux machine - v15.19.3.
But now the two TeamViewers are not connecting. Windows to Linux or vice versa.
When I try to connect from Windows TV to Linux TV, it shows connecting and after few seconds a popup appears with message:
"No connection to partner!
Partner did not connect to router.
Error code: WaitForConnectFailed"
And all this while the TV on linux machine was showing "Ready to connect (secure connection)".
when I try to connect from Linux TV to windows TV, on linux TV it shows "Connecting to partner" for few seconds and after that it shows "Could not connect to partner". On windows TV it shows "incoming connection..." for few seconds and after that it shows "Protocol negotiation failed. Please try again".
Is anybody else experiencing this issue with Linux TV latest version?
What is the solution? Any pointers or help will be greatly appreciated.
