I have purchased TeamViewer Business license, it still shows as Free account

I have purchased Team viewer remote access license, it still shows as Free account. There's no way i can reach TeamViewer support team for help.

I tried more than an hour to call the support team and i can't reach the support team.

And i tried to submit a support ticket, but failed as they only allow licensed user to submit ticket.

Can someone from Team Viewer team help me please? Thanks.

Once the activation is completed, kindly sign in your license account on TeamViewer client to check the license status please.

Alternatively you may contact TeamViewer Support Team during the business hours.
