We have a premium Teamviewer license that your company grandfathered in for us recently to expire in 2023 and are on version 15 unfortunately (since it's been forced).
Why is it now that features I have used for years (like disable remote input and black screen) no longer function with my Premium license? Why not wait to force me to have to go with your newer subscriptions model or better license when 2023 expiration arrives instead of now?
All this makes me want to do is dump using Teamviewer, and I’ve used it since version 3.
Is this an error? Mistake? Or do am I really not able to use my license in the same manner anymore by using disable remote input and black screen?
