13 permanent license cannot log in

Suddenly find our license cannot log in. The error message said the current version is too old and needs to update. However, we only bought the license for the 13 version. Is this mean we cannot use the license we bought anymore?

Can you kindly check the version of your TeamViewer license please.
If it is TeamViewer subscription license, you may use the latest version of TeamViewer client.
