Why can my co-worker access 5 of the 6 computers, but not the 6th?

I have six computers that we use for online customer training that are running TeamViewer without a login. Both myself and Instructor #2 are Admins within our corporate license. I granted Instructor #2 Easy access to all six. He can access computers 1-5, but #6 always asks him for a password. I checked all the settings for each computer and they are all the same. I can access all six at any time. Am I missing something? Both Instructor #2 and I are part of the Corporate (5 channels) license.

Hello @ddtrekker,

Easy Access can only be granted to one user account.

If you want to have Instructor #2 using your Easy Access, you will need to share the group (in which these computers are) with Instructor #2.

I have already created a Group that includes all six of the computers. I have also shared that group with Instructor #2. Because I shared the group, he is able to share my Easy access rights and login to 5 of the six computers without having to enter a password. It's the 6th computer that will not allow him to access without entering the password. This brings me back to my original question: why does he have access to 5 of the computers, but not the sixth?

In this case, it sounds more like a bug, as you did everything correctly to share access with Instructor #2.

I recommend opening a ticket and attach the log file to it.

Our engineers will be able to have a closer look at the issue.
