why can't I download program?

I had an account but I got a notice that the new program was up and I couldn't use the old program

I deleted the old program from my computer and I am attempting to download the new program.

Although I tried, when I press on the teamviewer icon, it says:

the application "Team Viewer" is not open anymore.

I have changed my password and I still cannot get the program to open.

How do I remedy this??

How about you download TeamViewer directly from our website and try that.
