When did my license expire and why have I received no email

Hi i logged in this morning to discover the license attached to this email address had been switched to "free"

I have had no notification of this upcoming expiration. Can you advise who in my organisation Controls my license so #i can find the "renew link" and get this corrected.

You better ask inside your company who manages your IT department. As this is personal information, we can not simply give it out like that.
