I would like to ask about the license renewal. Actually, we purchase a business license from our vendor and it's about to expire, now I tried to renew the license using the management portal but it does not have any renewal there, and I tried to log in to the customer portal but it does not allow me to log in.

My question is How can I renew my subscription?

Thank you for posting on TeamViewer Community.

TeamViewer subscription license will automatically renew on the same date of purchasing date.
