Cannot remote control a Xiaomi Redmi 9T with Quick support and Universal add on installed

I have installed and correctly configured both Quicksupport and Universal add on on the xiaomi phone.
Still I can only see the screen but I cannot remotely control the device!
What is going on? If problems continue, I won't renew my Teamviewer license. It brings more troubles than help!
You advertise you can remotely control Android devices!
If this is not working for Xiaomi you are doing misleading advertising!
If this is the case, NO Alerts or errors or anything! This is not fair.
