How to see/control remote Android phone
I'm trying to help my 93-YO brother, who's hopeless with modern technology, do some stuff on his Oppo R5 smartphone. So between us we've managed to install TV and TV-Quick-Support on his Oppo (and I've had TV on my PC for years). But when he runs QS to allow remote control, and then I try to connect, after he taps 'Allow' in the 'Allow remote support' pop-up I just get (on my Win7Pro64 PC with TV installed) a blue screen saying I'm connected, but that my 'partner' has rejected my connection request (see screen-shot attached)!
How do I get to see his phone screen?
Thanks,
Daniel (Australia)

Justin,
I get the impression you didn't carefully read my post or look at my attachment.
If someone has done both those things and can make a suggestion on how the problem could be solved, I would be most appreciative.

Hello @DanielFFF,
Oppo, is not on our list of supported manufacturers, since you already tried using TeamViewer QuickSupport, you can try to install our Universal Add-On and try if that solves your issue.

Justin,
Thanks for this further information. However, my brother has QS installed, but it *does not* prompt to install the Universal add-on when we try to connect.
The other issue is that when his Oppo phone was new (maybe 3–4 years ago) and I installed TeamViewer on it for him (on a visit to his state), I was then able to remotely view his screen from my PC (once I got back home). And this was in the days before QS became 'necessary'. So it seems to me that TV has gone backwards in the intervening years!
