I have a customer site that when I attempt an incoming TeamViewer connection the client gets stuck at "initializing session features" for ~30 secs then fails with "connection lost".
Using another remote access application I can see the connection request coming through, and have even tried "prompt for confirmation" which does exactly that on the server.
This is happening on both of their Windows servers (2019 Standard) that have TV.
TeamViewer is at the latest version - 15.20.6 (64-bit). I have uninstalled and re-installed from a fresh download on one of the servers.
Windows Firewall is OFF for all networks.
I have added an allow rule for port 5938 to the site Firewall.
Does anyone have any suggestions what could be causing this?
We have many other sites with TV as a backup remote access that work from our location.
