Good morning,

my TeamViewr for mac opens automatically when I start the computer.

I removed the check from: "Start teamviewer at system startup", but nothing changes! 😕

So what is the solution?

Having the same issue for the past 3 months - always opening up as I startup the system. I want to stop this from happening.

I have this same issue. TeamViewer is not listed under Login Items at all, and was not before, but I still get the same behavior @David_Delco describes.

System info:

MacBook Pro, 16-inch, 2019, running macOS Big Sur Version 11.6

As say from NyxTaylor, nothing under login items.

I disinstalled and reinstalled the software, but nothing is changed.

There seems to be no end to this problem. I've been waiting for several months too! I'm not a programming expert, but I guess it shouldn't be hard to fix, but...

I'm angry because every time I turn on the computer, it loads the program even if I don't need it and eats up resources (mine is not a recent computer, but anyway, in principle, what I don't need should stay in it's place without loading automatically).

Hi, Are there any updates on this? I'm having the same issue that I cannot stop TeamViewer from launching on startup with Windows 10 Enterprise and would like to stop this from launching when the PC reboots.

Hello @David_Delco,

Go to System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items for a list of apps set to launch on startup. To remove a specific app, highlight it and click the minus button under the list.

Let me know if that solved it.
