We are using TV to support our customers and maintain their computers.
Technicians do open several sessions at the same time, to different customers. Sometimes sequential support is not possible, sometimes the technician needs to finalize some work on one machine and stays online, while already working on the next customer.
We recognized that with the option to synchronize the copy/paste buffer enabled, customers started to complain that there were "foreign" data in their copy/paste buffer.
We found that the copy/paste buffer synchronisation continues, even if the TV session is not active (means the tech is not working on this connection).
In our opinion, copy/paste buffer synchronisation should only happen with the currently active TV session, but not with the session not active.
Beside completely disable the copy/paste buffer synchronisation (which is not acceptable), is there another way to prevent this to happen?
I.e., a simple option to enable/disable copy/paste buffer sync PER SESSION would be good enough. But we cannot see such an option.
