Connection Fault

My TeamViewer works when both Host and Remote are in the same area. When I travel outside of it, the connection does not work and TV says Remote is not online or that Remote is not running TV. ???

Hello @Bob_Weir,

Could you check if one of your devices is entering hibernate? To do so, have a look at your power options and disable it.
