We will be the host, who have the licensed version, dose other from outside, they might use the free license have the ability to connect to the host?
is there any time limitation or some sort of restriction ?

In your case, the connection from PC1 ( using licensed TeamViewer account ) to PC2 (free / not licensed) is our recommended way. As long as host (local device) using a licensed TeamViewer account, remote device doesn't need a license.
Hope this clarifies your query.
let me make it more clearer...
PC1 has licensed TeamViewer (this PC is hosting the connection)
PC2 has free TeamViewer(not licensed)
Do both of them need to be licensed to establish a connection without any interruption ?
